Our History
2011
Changshu Jinyijia Textile Ltd. was established in 2011 and started manufacturing fabric with ten knitting machines.
2015
We opened the first dye factory, in roller printing and rotary screen printing.
2018
We have established a complete fabric production system, including weaving, printing/dyeing, and finishing goods.
2019
The output value reaches 100 million. We also invested in garment mills.
2021
NormTex was established.

Manufacture Process
Weaving
We weave fabrics according to the needs of customers, such as GSM, warp and weft density, wool height, and style. The raw materials of fabrics are usually divided into polyester, acrylic, spandex, cotton and linen.
Knitting
Taking knitting as an example, the knitting method is divided into warp knitting and weft knitting. This process is completed by automatic machines with high efficiency and stable quality.
Dyeing
The embryo cloth has to go through the following steps to be dyed with beautiful patterns. A series of processes, namely boiling, bleaching, Dyeing and print, are carried out in the dyeing factory. The dyed fabrics are also dried to achieve stable color fastness requirements.
Printing
In addition, in order to make the fabric show more three-dimensional effects, after treatment such as cutting, embossing, and brushing is also required. At this point, the fabric can be put into use.
Cutting
The finished fabric will be transported to the home textile factory, and the workers of the home textile factory will cut the fabric into the required shape.
Sewing
Then the workers sew the different shapes of fabric and accessories together to make home textile products or clothing. Sewing finished products must be inspected before packaging.

Superior Quality Control
1. Before manufacturing each bulk, we will submit samples to the independent testing company to ensure the goods' quality.
2. While manufacturing the bulk, we will arrange supervisory personnel to monitor the production process.
3. After the final productions are completed, we will randomly inspect the finished products, and the inspection rate is no less than 10%.
