Manufacture of manual samples
We can provide you with the manual sample based on the required product parameters to confirm the product quality. The standard proofing time for a manual sample is two days. 
Confirmation of workmanship samples
After the confirmation of the manual sample, we can provide a workmanship sample for your further confirmation. The standard proofing time for the workmanship sample is seven days. 
Mass production
If you are satisfied with the samples and place the order, we will follow the pre-determined product parameters to produce the bulk goods. We will strengthen quality control  and guarantee that you will receive satisfactory products.

How to get samples?

Please register on our website (see the icon on the top right corner) and return to the production page. Select the products and click the Get Sample button, and we will automatically receive your order. You could also contact us directly by clicking the button Contact Us, and we will arrange an experienced salesperson to assist you.

Do you wholesale fabrics?

Yes. We export both garments and fabrics. If you need fabric samples, you can contact us directly by clicking the Contact Us button. We value your business, and we will provide you with free swatch cards tailored to your specific needs. Please register on our website and add your desired fabrics to your “Quote List.” Once you finish and submit your completed “Quote List,” a sales representative will reach out and assist you shortly.

What is your Shipping Policy?

For samples: Please allow 2-3 business days for our warehouse to process samples. We usually send samples through courier companies such as UPS and SF Express, and the payment method is "delivery fee to be collected." If you need the tracking number, you can contact your sales representative or send an email to normtex@outlook.com.

 

For wholesales:

It is not recommended to purchase high-value products on the website directly. If you need bulk purchases, please contact us.
