Refund policy

Return Policy:
We will inspect the products by an independent third party, or you can inspect the final goods by yourselves before shipping. The shipment is after your confirmation of the final goods. Therefore, NO RETURNS without our prior authorization for the wholesale productions. In extremely rare situations, if you insist to return the delivered productions, please contact us. A restocking fee and shipping fees may apply.

Refund Policy:
No refund is processed until we receive goods back in our warehouse. Once we inspect the condition of the goods as acceptable, you will be refunded in 2-3 business days either by a credit issued back to your account or credited back to your credit card used for payment.
